A.Martial Peter – Chief Executive Officer

 

After 8 years in Management and Corporate Consultancy, working for Fortune 500 companies, Martial re-directed his career and entered the Mortgage industry. Martial became a highly successful mortgage broker and State Manager, and then decided to set up his own Mortgage Management company, focusing on systems and high service standards.

 

Martial's expertise is a key driver in the company's continual expansion and development to be the best in the industry. one26's national growth is a result of Martial's implementation of systems and policies developed while working as a Management Consultant with Fortune 500 companies as well as his success in the finance industry.

 

Melanie Peter - Chief Financial Officer

 

Melanie has the day to day responsibility for the financial operations of the group.  She reports to the Chief Executive Officer on the financial position of the companies.  She also oversees the accounts department and the monthly presentation of the financial accounts to the external accountants.

 

Scott Ramsay – Chief Information Officer

Scott brings over 13 years of commercial IT experience to one26. His experience includes being a lead architect for one of Australia's largest software development houses and a lead developer for a successful dot com start-up in the UK. Scott has had to solve complex problems in almost all areas of IT and is a welcome addition to the one26 team.

 

Scott is responsible for the development and maintenance of our in-house commissions system that provide comprehensive reports and timely payment of commissions.

 

Del Morrison - Responsible Manager

 

Del holds a Bachelor of Economics and Diploma of Financial Planning.  Del has over 22 years experience in the financial planning industry, both as an advisor and a practice manager. Her financial planning roles for the main part were with major Chartered Accounting firms and international employee benefits consultancies.

 

Del is responsible for ensuring practice compliance, research of investment products and the development of systems and procedures to deliver high quality financial services to a range of clients. The managerial role also involves the training and supervision of new and relatively inexperienced financial planners and paraplanners.

 

Tania Granzin DFP - Adviser Services Manager

 

Tania has completed her Diploma of Fianncial Planning and has over 20 years experience in banking and finance.

 

Tania commenced her banking career with Westpac Banking Corporation and progressed to a position of Team Leader in their Data Processing division.  After this time Tania studied her Diploma of Financial Planning and moved into the financial planning industry in 2004.

 

Tania's role in the one26 organisation is to provide paraplanning services to its authorised representatives.  She is responsible for ensuring the processing standards are met and the workflow proceeds in a timely manner.
