A.Martial Peter – Chief Executive Officer

 

After 8 years in Management and Corporate Consultancy, working for Fortune 500 companies, Martial re-directed his career and entered the Mortgage industry. Martial became a highly successful mortgage broker and State Manager, and then decided to set up his own Mortgage Management company, focusing on systems and high service standards.

 

Martial's expertise is a key driver in the company's continual expansion and development to be the best in the industry. one26's national growth is a result of Martial's implementation of systems and policies developed while working as a Management Consultant with Fortune 500 companies as well as his success in the finance industry.

 

Melanie Peter - Chief Financial Officer

 

Melanie has the day to day responsibility for the financial operations of the group.  She reports to the Chief Executive Officer on the financial position of the companies.  She also oversees the accounts department and the monthly presentation of the financial accounts to the external accountants.

 

Scott Ramsay – Chief Operating Officer


Scott brings over 13 years of commercial IT experience to one26. His experience includes being a lead architect for one of Australia's largest software development houses and a lead developer for a successful dot com start-up in the UK. Scott has had to solve complex problems in almost all areas of IT and is a welcome addition to the one26 team.

 

Scott is responsible for the development and maintenance of our in-house commissions system that provide comprehensive reports and timely payment of commissions.

Rod Davies - Chairman
Rod Davies joined the Advisory Board in November 2009 and was appointed Chairman in September 2010.  Mr Davies has had a long career in Banking and Finance with 21 years at Suncorp Banking, including Executive Management positions in Retail Banking, Business Banking and Agribusiness Banking.  Prior to Suncorp Group, Mr Davies was with NAB Group.

His other current board positions include a Directorship at The Rock Building Society, an ASX listed company.
