A.Martial Peter – Chief Executive Officer

After 8 years in Management and Corporate Consultancy, working for Fortune 500 companies, Martial re-directed his career and entered the Mortgage industry. Martial became a highly successful mortgage broker and State Manager, and then decided to set up his own Mortgage Management company, focusing on systems and high service standards.

 

Martial's expertise is a key driver in the company's continual expansion and development to be the best in the industry. one26's national growth is a result of Martial's implementation of systems and policies developed while working as a Management Consultant with Fortune 500 companies as well as his success in the finance industry.

 

Graham Mills - Group General Manager

Graham Mills provides one26 with a vast knowledge of financial services having worked in the industry for all of his working life. Prior to joining one26, Graham worked at Genworth Financial for over 26 years and during his tenure, he was the Regional Manager – Qld, WA, SA, NT and Tas as well as Segment Manager for Credit Unions & Building Societies. He also established their New Zealand operations in the late 1990’s.

 

Prior to Genworth Financial, Graham held various management and executive positions in a number of banking institutions including ANZ, Metway Bank and Suncorp. Graham is a Fellow of the MFAA and Senior Fellow of Finsia, and has a passion for golf.

 

Melanie Peter - Chief Financial Officer

Melanie has the day to day responsibility for the financial operations of the group.  She reports to the Chief Executive Officer on the financial position of the companies.  She also oversees the accounts department and the monthly presentation of the financial accounts to the external accountants.

 

Scott Ramsay – Chief Information Officer
Scott brings over 13 years of commercial IT experience to one26. His experience includes being a lead architect for one of Australia's largest software development houses and a lead developer for a successful dot com start-up in the UK. Scott has had to solve complex problems in almost all areas of IT and is a welcome addition to the one26 team.

 

Scott is responsible for the development and maintenance of our in-house commissions system that provide comprehensive reports and timely payment of commissions.
