Compliance

Ø     At least one full compliance audit per annum for authorised representatives and corporate authorised representatives. 

Ø     A complete compliance manual and the provision of updates as required due to changes in legislation.

Ø     Compliance training via Kaplan training and our Continuing Professional Development days (CPD) which are held three times per year. Additionally, there are specific compliance full day training days held throughout the year, as well as compliance training at our one26 University.

Ø     Access for you and your representatives to online documentation, including SOA’s, SOAA’s, the most current information on changes to legislation, updates on ASIC policy statements and guidelines

Continuing Professional Development Days

These are full day educational sessions that are conducted five times per annum. In addition to the PD days, there are boardroom training sessions on specific topics from time to time.

BDM Support/Marketing

The business development team structure includes a Compliance team, Business Development, Business Support Officers, as well as administration staff. The teams will assist advisers to effectively market and promote their financial planning business to their client base, as well as provide assistance with the preparation of business/marketing plans, and work together to help achieve their business goals.

Client Seminar/Activity Facilitation

We have an extensive background in the facilitation of seminars and client education programs and other client based activities. Added to this is access to our extensive seminar topic library and the assistance of our business support officers to help you manage the process.

Paraplanning/Technical Support

A paraplanning and technical support team is based at our head office to provide services to new and experienced consultants. These services are provided by phone, email or fax by a team of people who have many years of practical experience.

Research

We use Lonsec, a very experienced research house. Our approved product list and further research capabilities that we undertake directly through our efforts or indirectly through the use of industry accepted research houses, will be made available.

one26 University

Conferences are educational and include training in the latest tax planning strategies, compliance and case studies on various financial planning situations. We encourage consultants to also invite their associated accountants, lawyers and support staff and any other centers of influence along to the conferences.
